Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at Neatleydoesit@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at Neatlydoesit@outlook.com
